This 23-unit corner residential building, located in La Xara (Alicante), represents an architectural proposal designed to optimize functionality and adapt to the particularities of the surrounding environment. The structure has a basement level for parking, while its longitudinal layout maximizes both exterior views and natural air circulation through the building.

The geometry of the building is intentionally sober and efficient, employing clean lines and rational volumes that favor energy efficiency. Local materials, such as clay, have been selected not only for their low environmental impact, but also for their ability to integrate into the visual and cultural context of the area.

The design of the homes emphasizes the efficient use of space, with optimized interior layouts that take advantage of every square meter. In addition, the units are configured to facilitate cross ventilation, a feature that improves the thermal comfort of the interiors, reducing the need for artificial air conditioning systems and contributing to energy savings.
