The residential complex of 20 townhouses in Denia (Alicante) is located just 200 meters from the sea, an ideal environment for relaxation and quality of life.

The floor plan is organized in a “U” shape that surrounds and frames a central recreation area with a swimming pool. This configuration allows for a spatial organization that favors both the privacy of the living units and the creation of a central shared space, reinforcing the sense of community. The opening of the “U” is oriented to maximize sunlight.

The volumetry of the building is characterized by straight lines and simple geometric forms, with a clear division between the living areas and the vertical circulation areas.

On the first floor level, the units have direct access to small private terraces that, although visually integrated with the common space, retain a physical separation.

Inspired by Mediterranean architecture, the project employs high quality local materials that bring character and authenticity, aligning with the coastal environment. The finishes have been selected with attention to detail, ensuring both durability and aesthetics in each space.
