VSJ focuses on creating a network of hotels and apartments in Denia (Alicante) characterized by its studio-style architecture and a spatial distribution that offers the guest a carefully designed experience.

The project is based on the recovery of disused buildings, carrying out interventions that respect the history and urban context of each structure. Instead of demolition, the buildings are revitalized and integrated into the urban fabric, adding value to the existing environment.

The transformation of these spaces responds to both aesthetic and functional criteria. Through a design that maximizes spatial efficiency, each studio unit is organized in terms of openness and connection to the environment.
