The single-family house located in Pedreguer (Alicante) is organized around a geometric concept of two volumes, one for the day area – living room, dining room, open kitchen – and the other for the night area, both embracing a central courtyard. This central courtyard extends the interior space to the outside, creating a smooth and domestic transition between the interior of the house and the surrounding terraces.

With a minimalist Mediterranean style, the design uses traditional materials of Mediterranean origin, ceramics, which bring warmth and authenticity to the spaces. These materials not only integrate the house into its context, but also enhance the simplicity of the forms.
