This detached single-family house in Benidoleig (Alicante) has been designed to integrate with the natural environment, maximizing views and natural light. The project is organized in a single-storey main volume, oriented longitudinally to the south, which allows natural light to enter through large windows and continuous openings that connect the interior with the exterior. This space houses the day areas: living room, dining room, kitchen and covered porches.

The design includes a transversal body that gives way to a second volume, where the guest wing and an outdoor living room are located. This secondary volume improves the distribution of spaces and facilitates the flow of circulation, while ensuring privacy in the different areas of the house.

The choice of materials and finishes seeks to achieve visual and functional cohesion throughout the property, integrating natural elements such as stone and wood.

These materials facilitate the connection between the interior spaces and the exterior environment, while contributing to design efficiency.
