TRC
The single-family detached house project has a two-tier layout, where the service area -which includes the kitchen, bathrooms and dressing room- is organized in the form of independent prisms. These volumes act as a barrier that protects the most intimate area of the house from the immediate surroundings.
On the other hand, the band of server elements, which houses the living-dining room and bedrooms, opens to the exterior, maximizing the views and favoring the connection with the landscape. This spatial organization not only optimizes privacy, but also allows the main spaces to enjoy natural light and panoramic views of the surroundings.
