FLP
This project, consisting of two single-family homes located in Dénia (Alicante), reflects a contemporary approach to integrating the natural environment with the functionality and privacy of its inhabitants. The design is based on careful planning that maximizes the use of natural light and, at the same time, protects the privacy of each dwelling.
Each of the dwellings is strategically oriented to ensure optimal light penetration throughout the day, while preserving privacy between the two. This planning also optimizes energy efficiency, reducing the need for artificial lighting and contributing to comfortable and healthy indoor environments.
The project includes common areas that expand the possibilities of use and enjoyment, such as parking areas and independent swimming pools for each home. Outdoor spaces, such as gardens and terraces, integrate seamlessly with the natural surroundings.
The architectural organization is based on a play of volumes that combines functionality and aesthetics. The homes have a minimalist design, with contrasts in materials and textures that provide visual dynamism. Each room is designed with a specific orientation, adapting to natural light and ventilation conditions, allowing all rooms to have direct access to outdoor spaces. This approach achieves a balance between contemporary design, sustainability and connection with the environment, creating a unique and efficient residential complex.
