OFD arose in response to a clear objective of the client: to create a work environment where well-being and collaboration among employees were essential. From its conception, the project prioritizes spaces designed to facilitate interaction and enhance the daily work experience.

The office building located in Pedreguer (Alicante) is characterized by straight lines and a clean and minimalist geometry, giving it a modern and organized appearance. The structure presents a set of rectangular volumes arranged in a balanced and aligned way, with three main levels of height in which a segmented horizontal distribution is appreciated.

The facade combines modern materials such as glass and metal, together with stone elements at the base, which provide an interesting contrast between light and heavy.

The exterior lighting highlights the textures of the materials, especially in the stone wall on the lower level.

The layout of the spaces, together with advanced technology and sustainable materials, responds to a vision focused on productivity and the quality of life of workers.

OFD offers a space that goes beyond the operational, promoting a work environment where efficiency and well-being coexist.
