EMH
The 22-unit EMH building, located on a corner in Xàbia (Alicante), is organized in two basement floors and deploys its volume longitudinally, adapting to the urban fabric and maximizing the use of the available space. The geometry of the building is clear and efficient, with a focus on clean lines and volumes that respond to a contemporary architectural language, seeking a visual and functional integration with its immediate surroundings.
The design of each home has been optimized to maximize functionality, incorporating interior layouts that make the most of every square meter without sacrificing the quality of the living space. The homes are cross-ventilated, a key strategy that not only improves the natural thermal comfort of the interiors, but also reduces dependence on artificial air conditioning systems, thus promoting energy efficiency.
The project is characterized by its ability to adapt to the demands of users, offering a balance between functionality and aesthetics in a growing urban context. The formal simplicity and clarity in the organization of spaces give the building its own identity, consolidating its presence in the urban environment of Xàbia.
