EJV
The EJV project in Ondara (Alicante) is an intervention that symbolizes urban revitalization and the municipality’s commitment to the creation of meaningful community spaces. The structure, previously a building without a clear purpose, has been transformed into a multifunctional building that stands out both for its aesthetics and its adaptability to the needs of the community.
The building’s façade incorporates vertical panels in shades of green and white, a choice that echoes the surrounding vegetation and reflects a dialogue between the built and the natural landscape of Ondara. This modular design, where the panels are arranged in a dynamic pattern, creates a visual effect of movement and liveliness, alluding to the versatility of the interior space. The intense greens also add a distinctive character, making the building feel modern and striking, without losing the visual and emotional connection to the natural surroundings.
The predominant white volume, which seems to float on a base of dark tones, gives a feeling of lightness and modernity. The darker base gives an impression of stability and functionality. The simplicity in the treatment of materials and the purity of forms denote a minimalist aesthetic.
