Project of 9 single-family homes in Denia (Alicante) is developed on private plots with swimming pool, offering an exclusive and comfortable environment. To ensure maximum privacy between the houses, the orientation of each one is alternated, allowing a strategic distribution of space.

The design follows a contemporary style, with a simple and functional geometry that favors luminosity and connection with the environment. Each home is designed to offer comfort and a sense of spaciousness, respecting the privacy of the residents while blending harmoniously into the landscape.
