In the heart of Denia (Alicante), this architectural project is conceived as a response to the challenge of optimizing a small plot in an urban environment. Composed of 13 dwellings and a commercial space on the first floor, the design seeks to integrate the urban with the natural, respecting the fabric of the city and enhancing livability.

The architectural approach focuses on creating spaces that are functional and comfortable, maximizing natural light and ventilation. The layout of the homes has been designed to ensure the privacy and comfort of the residents, with special care in the selection of materials (movable panels) and finishes that contribute to the durability and sustainability of the building.

The project reflects a balance between architectural innovation and adaptation to the environment, considering the proximity to the sea and the good connections of the area. Every design decision has been made with the intention of offering a space that, beyond its dimensions, is perceived as spacious and welcoming.
