STN is a single-family house located in Ondara (Alicante) between party walls and consists of two distinct volumes. The lower volume, diaphanous, houses the garage, creating a solid base on which the upper volume that defines the living space rests.

Inside, the distribution revolves around a central open space that integrates the living-dining room and the terrace, oriented to take advantage of the views. This central space organizes and serves the secondary elements, such as the bedrooms, achieving a functional layout that is visually connected to the exterior.
