In this detached house in Pedreguer (Alicante), the views are the true protagonist of the design. We have made the most of the natural environment by creating a balcony house that is flooded with outdoor light and integrates with the surrounding nature.

To establish an authentic connection with the environment, we used stone extracted during the excavation of the land to build the walls that make up the exterior spaces. This material not only brings a rustic and natural character to the house, but also reinforces the integration with the landscape, creating a constant dialogue between the building and the natural environment.

The swimming pool, located at the edge of the plot, becomes the focal point of the area. Its strategic position offers panoramic views of the golf course and the lush vegetation surrounding the property.
