It is conceived as a corridor typology, which favors the relationship between residents by fluidly connecting private and common spaces. The latter include areas such as a garden and a swimming pool, designed to promote interaction and collective enjoyment, creating an atmosphere of community within the complex.

The parking garage, located on the first floor, facilitates accessibility and makes efficient use of space. The internal distributions of the homes are designed to optimize each square meter to the maximum, maintaining functional and well-organized spaces without sacrificing comfort, ensuring the best profitability for each home.

This project has been carried out in collaboration with Arqueha Suma, an alliance that has managed to effectively integrate the needs of the program with a simple and practical architecture, designed for the comfort of the users and the improvement of their quality of life in a residential environment.
